I can't believe it's taken me so long to review THE best burrito spot in the Bay Area. This place is ALWAYS so busy. I always recommend calling in an order at least 30 minutes beforehand. That said, it's so busy, that it can be hard to get through the phone line some days! I'm sure all of their other dishes are delicious, but I can, and likely only will ever, rate one thing: the super burrito. This place absolutely puts the "super" in super burrito: it's absolutely packed with the perfect ratio of rice, beans, guac, salsa, sour cream, cheese...and of course meat. The meat is what I think sets this place truly apart from the rest. I've had the pleasure of trying their grilled chicken, steak, shrimp, tripe, lengua and cabeza. ALL of those meats have been delicious, fresh, tender and plentiful portioned. The go to combos (for me) have been consistently the super burritos with: steak/shrimp (safe side) OR lengua/tripe OR cabeza/tripe (don't knock it til you try it)! On an ending side note, Parking can be a little difficult and might seem a little shady given the industrial location. Occasionally it takes several passes to find something adequate.

I hesitated to write this review because I want to keep this place all to myself. I've been here at least five times because I love their street style tacos. This taqueria is always packed full of dine-in customers and has tons of Door Dashers/Uber Eats drivers picking up orders. They make the best street tacos in the area for a reasonable price. Limited street parking. I've had to park several blocks away before. Limited seating indoors and outdoors. There's a bit of a wait for food after placing your order because of how many orders the kitchen is churning out. (Longest wait was 30-40 minutes on a weekend) They have a self serve salsa bar. So far I've tried al pastor, carne asada (steak), carnitas and lengua. My favorite is the taco al pastor. I really should try other dishes but i keep coming back to this one! Highly recommend their food at this hole-in-the-wall joint, just not for groups bigger than 4 unless you want to wait.

BEST TACOS! A small hole in the wall placed that was nominated for a Michelin star. If you're going to the airport or in the area, make it a stop. You won't regret it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick.

I found this place by happenstance as I was working nearby and found this via yelp. I really wouldn't have known about this otherwise but I guess that's me because when I arrived it was packed! I was debating what to try and eventually decided on a surf and turf burrito (carne asada and shrimp) and Oh Em Geeeee, my first bite felt like a core memory. It was so delicious!!!!! I can't wait to be back in the area because I've been thinking about that burrito nonstop.

I had taken a break from TSB to try out some different burritos but as much as I look/try, this is still my go-to burrito anywhere and the best part is my SO loves it as well! A new trick I just learned from a friend is to ask for your burrito 'grilled'. I thought they used to do this automatically but I thought wrong, but as someone who likes things toasted/grilled, getting it this way just elevates the already good flavor. Now if you want to add some spice, just ask for 'la diabla' for that extra kick. My go-to here is their steak or steak/shrimp burritos, as it's been for the past 15 years. The prices have gone up but honestly, I'm just glad the quality has remained good, and for me it's worth every penny. The green salsa here continues to be my favorite. Parking hasn't changed, so if you have someone in the car with you, best to have them drop you off as you pick up the order. Wait times can get long but the best way to manage this is to call your order ahead.

This is the spot! If you haven't been here, you are missing out! Food is amazingly fresh, savoury and quality never changed! Staff is always amazing and friendly, they serve you your food when its ready and they make sure you are happy with it. Place reminds me of just being home eating at your dining table with family. After you eat, you clean your own plates and the table. Its an amazing experience not just with food. Forgot to mention they have been in the Michelin Guide 2x already plus a long list of awards!

My friend highly recommended and brought me to this place for lunch. I haven't had Mexican food in a while, so I was excited to give them a try. Street parking is available and we were able to find an open spot nearby. I decided to order the Super Buritto Lengua. Lengua is Beef Tongue and it's really delicious. Portion wise, the burrito was huge and really filled me up. Taste wise, it was so good! Each bite was a delight and I had to pace myself from eating it all so fast. The sauce bar was also legit, I was a big fan of the green sauce. Chips are also provided as a complimentary. I really enjoyed the food here, they were quite busy and with good reason! If you're craving for Mexican food, definitely give this place a try.

Holy moly. We flew back and our friend suggested this place I got an al pastor super burrito while my SO ordered every single type of taco. Our friends also ordered a super burrito and got a nacho platter. Mmm we were starving so we tried all the salsas and devoured all the chips. The food arrived and wau is the super burrito satisfying. The meats are fresh and tender and I couldnt get enough of everything. This is easily the best place, way better than tacos el gordo, places in San Diego, Cabo and Cancun. My new favorite and I cannot wait to go back

THIS PLACE COULD BE A WIKIPEDIA example of a "HOLE IN THE WALL". Definition: unpretentious and not fancy--check! It sits under a freeway in an industrial area. Service is quick and friendly. Only issue is the parking is scarce but don't worry, the police eat here too so they won't ticket you. The tacos are generously heaped with protein which has robust flavor. Well seasoned with a nice crisp on it. They aren't cheap but worth it. I am told the burritos are delicious and the best bargain (I'll try next time). The salsa bar was excellent--fresh and flavorful. Pico de gallo and salsa verde complimented the tacos well. Warning: salsas aren't labeled by spice level, red ones definitely spicier FYI. Tostada was a bit skimpy on lettuce and heavy on cheese. However, tastes great and less filling. Staff were so friendly and made the meal enjoyable. True story: a homeless person recommended this place and he nailed it! (Don't judge a book by its cover).
